The Delhi High Court on Tuesday declined to immediately stay the trial court proceedings initiated by All India Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Mahua Moitra against her former partner, advocate Jai Anant Dehadrai, over the custody of their pet Rottweiler dog Henry..
