​Europe-based hospitality real estate developer and investor, Omnam Group, announces the opening of The Lake Como EDITION; a highly anticipated luxury hotel property set on the western shores of Lake Como, Italy. Acquired in late 2021, by Bain Capital and Omnam under a fund managed by Kryalos SGR and operating under Marriott International’s EDITION Hotels brand, the hotel represents a carefully executed redevelopment of the historic Hotel Britannia Excelsior.
