Danhao Wang, a research assistant in electrical and computer engineering, died in March after an incident inside the George G. Brown Building, according to the university.. The University of Michigan Police Department said officers responded around 11 p.m. on March 19 to a report of a person who fell inside the building. An assistant research scientist was found after falling from an upper level and was later pronounced dead..
