A Friday morning bus accident near the Pentagon injured 23, including 10 Department of War employees, according to a Pentagon Force Protection Agency Corporate Communications Office statement. “At around 7:20 am today, an Omni Ride bus and a Fairfax Connector transit vehicle collided on Metro Access Road. Twenty-three passengers sustained injuries. Ten of the 23 injured passengers are Department of War employees. First responders transported eighteen individuals to local hospitals for medical evaluation and treatment. Five passengers were treated at the scene and released on their own recognizance,” according to the statement obtained by Fox News.
