Bravo will air the first part of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15” reunion on April 23. Kemsley is seen defending herself against Richards in an extended version of the episode. She said, “I spent $4,000 at one of Rachel’s friend’s shops that they cleared out for us to shop. I was the only one who bought anything. I didn’t think we should go to that shop without buying anything.

Kemsley then told her “RHOBH’ co-star she could afford to spend the amount and was “very fortunate to.” The mom of 2 continued, “Being a judge by you and having you speak to the group, ‘Oh it’s a great deal of money that she’s spending. Kyle, in particular, from you.”

Richards and Kemsley continued to argue, with Richards saying, “By-the-way, I’m in a different financial position than you, I apologize.” Kemsley then wondered how Richards knew about her “financial situation,” before Erika Jayne added, “Well, it’s being foreclosed.”

Kemsley said that at the end of the video, she hoped things remained amicable between Richards, her estranged ex-husband, Mauricio, and herself. Kemsley asked Richards if she knew about her finances because their ex-partners were friends.

She then warned, saying “I hope to God that nothing turns. But if and when it happens, and you have to deal with what I had to, you might find it difficult to be in a room in a conversation when you are bursting at the seams and you want to actually talk to your girlfriends without people judging you.”

Kemsley’s problems with Richards was one of the main stories of “RHOBH Season 15”. Fans are divided over their fallout from their confrontation during the reunion.

On X, someone said, “All this is true but both of them are fairly well off and can probably afford to spend thousands at a time.” I’m not really sure what Kyle was trying to say. “I never know what is real and what is performative with Kyle.”

Another person defended Kemsley by saying, “Dorit just vents about how hard it is to be talked about, while trying to have some fun. Her expectations of Kyle not showing up, but Kyle talking behind Dorit’s back, is what Dorit most upset about.”

Another user called out Richards and said that “Kyle’s behavior is a sad representation of her character.” Lastly, another X user stated, “Erika makes snide remarks about foreclosure while she can barely afford to pay for her glam squad.”

Dorit’s home is reported to be in pre-foreclosure

RadarOnline reported that Kemsley’s home was in the pre-foreclosure stage in March 2026. Two lenders had filed default notices for January. Tanka LLC is said to be the company that lent Kemsley, her estranged spouse, and their $600k. Private Money Solutions reportedly loaned them $150,000.

The legal filing states that no payment has occurred since September 2025. If the home is not settled, it could be put into non-judicial foreclosing, which means the lenders can foreclose anytime.

It’s important to note, too, that Prime Recon LLC filed a default notification in December 2025. The company claims they owe $5,196.750 for the total mortgage, $294.321 in repayments, and various penalties. The company claims that it was not paid from April to December 2025.

Kemsley appeared in March 2026 on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live”. Andy Cohen asked her about the reports about her home. She responded by saying that her estranged spouse, Paul “PK” Kemsley was supposed to be paying the mortgage.

According to her: “Well, I learned that a few weeks earlier than everyone else.” We discussed it at the reunion. PK was responsible for this. “I didn’t realize it wasn’t being paid.”

Kemsley continued, “We’ve spoken since, and he agreed that it be brought up to date.” Then we’re going to put the house up for sale, and then my kids and I will look for a new place.
