A journalist who won multiple Heartland TV Emmy Awards last year was arrested after he was accused of secretly filming people undressing at a local Oklahoma TV station. Darrell Lee Vannostran was arrested on charges that he used photo or video equipment clandestinely in a private location. The Oklahoman reported that they found people in “various states of undress” when reviewing the video. The cameras were attached by Velcro underneath clothing racks, according to investigators. The Oklahoman reported that investigators found that the cameras were active and recorded several subjects in the dressing rooms in private settings.
