Terry started laughing and smiling as the judge described the murder. Venzer told him, “I don’t know why you’re smiling.” The judge said that she found nothing funny about Terry’s behavior or the death. Venzer told Terry, “God have mercy, on your soul,” as he handed down his sentence. Terry may now appeal the sentence, according NBC Miami.
