Jill Zarin, alumna of “Real Housewives of New York City”, was expected to have a big year in 2026. She was cast in E!’s “The Golden Life”, alongside other “RHONY “alumni. Her comments about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show led to her termination. She’s now being sued months later by a former partner over a pickleball business.

According to PEOPLE.com, Noah Springer has filed a civil lawsuit against the “RHONY’ alum in the Palm Beach County Circuit Court on April 15. He was her business partner at Pickle Pro Labs. In the letter, he accuses her of violating their business agreement. His lawyer claimed that this was her way to oust him from the company.
Springer claims in the lawsuit that he had invested $500,000 in the pickleball company, then called Pickle Innovation Studios, back in 2022. The agreement stated that Springer should have received a 25% stake of the company for this investment.
Springer claims that he also “advanced business expenses and funds” to the company in 2024, which was renamed Pickle Pro Labs. The lawsuit also claims that Springer advanced funds while “providing labor and services” without being reimbursed despite expecting $5,000 per month. His payments from the firm stopped in May 2024.

Springer accuses Zarin, as well as another business partner Gary Brody in the civil complaint of using company funds “without authorization” and “abusing their position of trust” for personal expenses. The legal filing states that they also “diverted” funds invested by Springer to their personal benefit.
The allegations continue. Springer claims that Zarin and Brody founded a separate company called GNG Enterprises FL to sell a pickleball regulating device, Go-No Go. He believes, however, that the machine used “his knowledge, funds, resources, time, and money.”
Springer, he claims, has also been excluded from any profits generated through the machine, despite the fact that it uses intellectual property owned Pickle Pro Labs.
The complaint accuses Zarin, Brody and others of trying to “gain benefits personally from the use Pickle Pro Property” while denying [Springer] the benefits of commercialization and such transactions.

Springer’s lawyer issued a statement after the civil complaint was filed. They said: “Mr. Springer’s only goal in pursuing the action is to have his ownership interests and investment respected and to be adequately compensated — nothing more, nothing else.”
The attorney also stated that they tried to settle the issue with Zarin. According to the statement: “Had Ms. Zarin or her entities responded to our requests to settle this matter amicably before we filed suit, these lawsuits could have been avoided completely.”
It continued, “Mr. Springer is open to a fair resolution, but will continue to pursue any legal remedies available, including the recovery costs and attorneys’ fees, to protect his interests.

E! The Golden Life” will be filmed in early February of 2026. Zarin was to be joined by Luann de lesseps and Ramona singer, as well as Kelly Bensimon, in the cast. According to Today, after her disparaging remarks about Bad Bunny she was fired.
Blink49 Studios (the production company behind “The Golden Life”) announced the casting update to its fans on February 10. Blink49 Studios said in a press release that “in light of recent public remarks made by Jill Zarin Blink49 Studios decided not to proceed with her involvement in ‘The Golden Life’. ‘”
The statement continued, “We are committed to delivering this series in accordance with our company values and standards.”

Zarin has been keeping a low profile ever since she was fired from “The Golden Life”. However, in February an insider gave RadarOnline a glimpse into her mental state. The source stated, “She is angry that she was fired.” She doesn’t know how she got fired.
