Michelle discussed her hospitalization in episode three of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”. This happened during a scene with Cynthia Bailey and Phaedra. Williams asked Michelle if she had miscarried after Michelle revealed that she was experiencing leakage.
Michelle vented about the question on X after the episode aired. She asked, “Have You Ever Nearly Died From Surgery?” Have you ever lost multiple babies? The “RHOA’ newbie continued, “Have you ever almost died from surgery?”

After the latest episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” many fans took to social networking sites to express their opinions about the situation between Michelle Williams and Williams. One person commented, “K Michelle dragging her feet with the miscarriage issue… as if that was a valid concern.”
The singer quoted from the post and wrote, “Would You Want Someone in the Middle of a Nail Shop Screaming Out in Front of Atlanta When You’re An Hour Out of the Hospital Asking you in Front of Other Women That You Just Met if you Had a Miscarriage ?????? Oh.”
Another “RHOA’ fan then noted that their issues had been resolved within the episode. Michelle replied, “You can’t really be that slow, honey rabbit? We are discussing the episode, as I am supposed to.”

According to Bravo, Michelle was admitted to the hospital during the second episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”, season 17. She had just performed at the Academy of Country Music Honors. She said that she had an “open cut” that was infected, causing leakage.
Michelle said in the episode that she was preparing for her Academy of Country Music appearance. I’m sitting down, minding my own business, when I suddenly stand up. The entire coach is soaked. I didn’t feel a thing. “I was completely numb.”
