Kriti Sanon’s Nensi Dojaka look is all cutouts, satin and layered jewellery

At a recent awards ceremony in Mumbai, Kriti Sanon wore a vivid green Nensi Dojaka gown as she picked up an award for her performance in Tere Ishq Mein. Styled by Sukriti Grover, the look drew on the designer’s familiar vocabulary of lingerie-inflected dressing, with a strappy bodice, cutouts and an open back giving the satin gown its shape.. Cut in lustrous green satin, the floor-length gown skimmed the body before falling into a fluid, floor-length hem. Fine criss-cross straps run across the bodice and gather at the centre, where the fabric is drawn in and released into a softer drape below. Side cutouts break up the surface, while the open back pushes the look further into eveningwear territory.. Dojaka’s work often revisits the codes of ‘90s minimalism, with intricate cutouts, sheer panels and lingerie-like elements. The resurgence of lingerie-inspired fashion has been steadily gaining ground on international runways. From spring collections to winter styling narratives, designers, like her, have reimagined intimate wear as outerwear, shifting it from the private to the public sphere. The trend’s appeal lies in its duality–it is at once delicate and assertive.. Sanon leaned into the colour story with layered jewellery. Her necklace stack by Tara Fine Jewellery paired an emerald choker with gold chains and diamond-and-emerald pendants. Her bracelets came from Zoya and Tara Fine Jewellery, while rings from House of Yarané and Diamond Jewel completed the stack.. Her beauty look stayed in sync with a luminous base that was paired with softly diffused smoky eyes, elevated by a sweep of emerald eyeliner.. Kriti Sanon embraces tonal dressing with a pearl-trimmed Rohit Bal anarkali and embroidered jacket. Kriti Sanon’s sapphire blue eyelids and Jacqueline Fernandez’s statement-making hair are the stars of this week’s best beauty looks. How to wear a ’90s bob hairstyle in 2026, according to pros

The ’90s bob will always have a special place in the haircut hall of fame and it’s easy to see why it’s having a revival in 2026. Whether you’re rewatching Friends, feeling nostalgic after Love Story, or keep a permanent place for Cindy Crawford on your hair-spo board, there’s no better time than the present to introduce some voluminous layers to your bob.. “The bob is one of those timeless cuts that always comes back around. It just gets reinterpreted,” says Chris McMillan, the celebrity stylist behind Jennifer Aniston’s decade-defining haircut, the Rachel. “Right now people want hair that feels easy but still polished and the ’90s bob does exactly that,” McMillan tells us. “It can be worn sleek and tucked, flipped, messy or even really textured and scrunched. It’s versatile, low effort and modern.”. Tempted to try out the throwback cut for yourself? Ahead, expert stylists break down everything you need to know about the look.. Also called the flipped bob or “flob,” the ’90s bob combines the texture and volume of a bombshell blowout with the short length, movement and manageability of a bob. So while the look is (obviously) incredibly chic, it’s practical too.. “The ’90s-supermodel bob has the line and length of the bob, but the top layers have much more texture, so it’s lighter on top and easier to flip around,” celebrity hairstylist Marc Mena says. This cut trends a little longer than other bob styles; you can also wear it just past the shoulders for a voluminous lob.. “I always tell people to focus on length first, because that’s really where the ’90s bob lives,” McMillan says. “It’s that in-between zone: not too short, not too long—what we now call the lob. Think super classic references like Christy Turlington.”. Zendaya. Daniele Venturelli/Getty Images. Christy Turlington. Ron Galella/Getty Images

Your friends are sick of you getting back with your ex

“I loved her as a person,” she tells me. “But when she’s with her ex, she reverts to the worst version of herself.” She tells me the friend would regularly make excuses for her partner’s infidelity (which she once proudly set as a dealbreaker) and even cut off other, well-intentioned friends who disapproved. “I can only give advice so much,” she says, “and I realised it’s up to her to follow through.”. How to support a friend who can’t quit their ex. It’s a tricky situation: You want to maintain your sanity without coming across as insensitive.. To start with, what you shouldn’t do, Dr. Ferrari recommends against issuing ultimatums (like “Break up with him, or I’m done with you”) or letting frustration turn into judgment (“Why are you still doing this?” “I told you this would happen.” “I can’t believe you’re going back…”).. “Your goal isn’t to punish the friend but to keep the friendship healthy, so resentment doesn’t build,” Dr. Ferrari advises—in which case, communicating certain boundaries, like the ones below, can prepare you for the next time your friend inevitably resurfaces their relationship drama:. “Do you want advice, or are you mostly looking to vent?”. Your instinct may be to jump into problem-solving mode, but sometimes your friend just needs to complain. Clarifying what they prefer upfront saves you the energy of drafting solutions they may not be ready to hear.. “It’s hard to watch you go through the same situation again. Maybe we can take a step back from talking about this and focus on other things that’ll take your mind off?”. This way, you’re shifting the conversation away from stressful relationship drama while still showing you care about your bond and them, as a person.. “I care about you so much, but this has been overwhelming for me lately. Can we take a break from talking about it for a bit?”. This option prioritises your emotional bandwidth, but still makes clear that the friendship itself isn’t in question.. Of course, if you suspect their push-pull dynamic is something more insidious, or even abusive, it’s important to recognise that this goes beyond relationship drama—in which case, getting your friend to therapy should be your priority.. Now, when the relationship isn’t dangerous (as far as you’re aware), but just…messy? Ultimately, protecting your peace doesn’t make you a “bad” friend—just as endlessly absorbing their problems doesn’t make you a better one. And if you’re the one who’s always getting back with your ex? We’re not saying you shouldn’t seek support, but the very least you can do is acknowledge your crew’s behind-the-scenes effort: A tiny bit of recognition goes a long way for the friend who’s been quietly biting their tongue through the chaos.

This artist from Haryana makes metal blouses to honour the female artisans that fashion forgot

As the pressure from her family mounted, so, too, did her systems of support. Arya connected with fellow artist Deepak Kumar—now her partner—and moved with him to Kaladham, where she could pay subsidised rent and focus on securing her master’s degree. When the pandemic upended any hope of a final-year showcase at the College of Art, Delhi, she took it upon herself to apply for every open call she could find, eventually securing a solo show alongside a ₹30,000 grant by the Raza Foundation. More shows and residencies followed, including a spot in Somaiya Vidyavihar University’s Immerse fellowship in Mumbai and the Khoj Peers and Serendipity Arts residencies, both in Delhi.. She may have wriggled free of the ties that once bound her to tradition, but the artist from Haryana has never forgotten her roots or taken for granted that her story is not as common as it should be. Through her practice, Arya remains committed to championing the women artisans who’ve inspired her and bringing their stories to fast fashion–consuming urbanites who need to hear them: the neighbouring city of Panipat has become infamous as the cast-off capital of the world, with over 20,000 recycling units processing over a million tonnes of textile waste annually and releasing uncountable air and water toxins in the process. The artist often calls in favours from friends of friends to document the stories of the women working in these factories, many of whom are forced to not only breathe toxic levels of fabric particles every day and constantly cut themselves on the rudimentary tools given to them, but also bring their children to work and expose them to the pollution due to a lack of childcare facilities in the area. “They tell me, ‘Yeh kaam bali maangta hai’ (This work demands blood),” said Arya, showing me her studio walls in Kaladham that are now lined with photographs she has taken during her site visits.

The 3/4-sleeved top is every cool girl’s summer staple

As Rose Colcord, founder and creative director of Cou Cou Intimates, explains, the easy breeziness is a big part of the appeal, describing the brand’s cult favourite Rina tee as “an everyday basic, but the cut lends a very chic, classic and effortless feel.” Inspired by a photo of Jane Birkin in 1974, the Rina is beloved by Zoë Kravitz, Hailey Bieber and Lily-Rose Depp, and taps into that undone French-girl style we’re all chasing, with a nostalgic nod to the spirit of the ’70s.. The 3/4-sleeved top is also, quite simply, a solution to the awkwardness of in-between dressing. As Hattie Tennant, founder of Fruity Booty, put it to me, “A 3/4 sleeve is my dream – I’m always the wrong temperature, or overthinking layers or how much skin I’m showing, and it always seems to solve it.” Which feels particularly relevant, and, frankly, pressing in a week where we’ve experienced all four seasons in the space of 48 hours. So, whether it’s the spirit of Jane Birkin, the call of the ’90s or simply an attempt at temperature control, embrace the cropped sleeve this spring.. Horoscope Today: March 29, 2026

You may have felt like you are jumping through hoops, and quite honestly, energetically you might just have been. Pisces, it is not just a mere survival strategy—your innate ability to sense things and your heightened energy. It is the way you are designed by nature. It is only when you stretch your hands wide open that you can hold the gifts being given to you, literally and metaphorically. Libra, you are sensitive, yes. You feel deeply, yes. You hold it all in your heart, also yes. Now tell me, how has it felt all this while? This heaviness you feel may be a cosmic cue for you to release the burden of guilt, shame, responsibility and unaddressed emotion and imagine letting go of this heavy anchor around your heart. You once held the light for the world to walk the path ahead, Sag. Now it may be time for you to do the same for yourself. When you look back at life even for a moment, you know you see cycles, repetitive patterns or even events that keep circling back into your life in different forms and with a different face. What did you do about those? Often it is not our motivation that needs a quick botox, it is our energy. And energy only clears and lifts itself if we decide to consciously slow down and breathe. When you decide to stop obsessing over all that is going wrong—perhaps cry it out, perhaps sleep through it. But then, the onus to change things is on you.. Read on for what the stars have in store for you, and make sure you check out your sun, moon and rising signs for the complete picture.. You value your relationships over everything else, Aries and often your impulsive or quick tempered nature might feel like it gets in the way of your message being delivered right. Now the thing is that you have been learning and trying to apply new ways of working on your communication, persistence and even focus. Things don’t just randomly pop into your head and you are now learning to help others keep up with the pace of the storyline as it unfolds in your mind. Keep your eyes, ears and heart open. Make space for new energy to enter your life and make sure you move that body to let go of any old and stagnant energy and emotions.. Cosmic tip: Arguments and conflicts dissolve when both parties alter their approach to the problem. Take the initiative.. Your heart and your mind clearly guide you in the direction that is meant for you. You may be very clairvoyant, Taurus—and no this need not mean you have to be a psychic or healer. Your clairvoyance can come forward in very visual ways—your keen eye for aesthetics, your ability to imagine scenarios and situations, your design sense, your sense of colour or simply you needing to imagine numbers in order to perform a simple mathematical calculation. In what ways does the day unfold like a storyline in your head—the same holds true for your life as well. Trust this gift you have—no matter how it showcases itself. And make your move one step at a time.
