Kylie Jenner faces increasing legal pressures after a second former employee of her household filed a lawsuit. The new complaint alleges that there were inhumane conditions at work, racial harassment, and wage violations.

Jenner faces another lawsuit by a former employee of her household, adding to the mounting legal pressure around her working environment.
According to the Los Angeles Times Juana Delgado Soto filed a lawsuit against Jenner as well as multiple other entities. The complaint alleges that Soto was subjected to racial harassment, racial discrimination, and unfair labor practice during her time working for Jenner.
Soto claims that she began working for Jenner as early as 2019, and was initially denied rest breaks and meal periods. She claims that the situation escalated when Sibrian became Soto’s supervisor in 2023.
In the document, Soto accuses Sibrian repeatedly treating her with respect, including mocking and humiliating her at work. She claims she reported Sibrian’s behavior to human resource, which led to his temporary removal.

Soto claims that she tried to bring Jenner directly into the alleged mistreatment, but the situation escalated. According to the lawsuit Sibrian allegedly retaliated by reducing her wage, increasing her workload and changing her schedule.
Soto claims that she was also denied time to grieve the death of her brother and missed a birthday celebration planned due to work demands.
In April 2025 Soto claims she wrote Jenner a letter describing what she deemed unbearable treatment. She then slipped the letter into a massage chamber that Jenner was scheduled to use. She claims that instead of being relieved, she was threatened with termination.

The lawsuit does not directly accuse Jenner of any wrongdoing. Soto claims that conditions continued to worsen, claiming that she was denied access to the bathroom, forced to clean Jenner’s doghouse and even prohibited from drinking water on duty.
She says that she was unable to endure the situation anymore and resigned by text in August 2025.
“I’m sorry, I can’t do this anymore. You guys treat me badly every day, and I’ve bitten off all my nails. The lawsuit quotes: “I cannot sleep at nights, and I have anxiety all the time because of the way that you guys treat me.”
The latest case comes only weeks after another former Jenner housekeeper filed a complaint alleging that she was treated with “hostility and exclusion” by PEOPLE.

Jenner has continued to be seen with Chalamet despite the legal drama. The couple has attracted attention in recent weeks, from Jenner’s support of Chalamet during award season to their PDA moments at Coachella.
