Law Roach has responded to his complaint against Delta Airlines.
The fashion stylist who is known for creating iconic looks for stars like Zendaya and Ariana Grande as well as Megan Thee Stallion took to social media recently to complain that he wasn’t given a lie-flat seat when booking a flight from New York City Los Angeles.
Roach returned the next day to the same platform and revealed that the airline had responded to his complaint in the “sweetest way possible.”
His original post still sparked public backlash. Some critics accused him of flaunting privilege.

Roach tagged Delta Airlines in X on April 21 to complain about the service he received on one their flights. He followed up with the airline about 24 hours after the initial complaint. He said he had received a response that seemed to resolve the issue.
“Just got a sweet message from @Delta. Thank you for the amazing customer service. “This is why I am so loyal.”
Roach claimed earlier that he had not been given a seat that lay flat, and that this had left him “very dissatisfied.” He also said that as a millionaire he should have gotten exclusive perks such as that.

What was initially perceived as a request from Roach for better service turned out to be a cause for widespread criticism, with some online users feeling that he was showing off his privilege.
On X, a viewer commented that the stylist spoke like a “true elitist”, and asked if he was aware that “there are many people in the world that have never had the privilege of being able travel.”
Other users also trod him with sarcastic comments like “OMG you poor you.” It must have been horrible for you,” “thoughts, prayers and good wishes to you and your loved ones during this difficult time.”
Another group of fans pointed out that the problem could have been avoided if he’d reviewed the booking information for the airline before traveling.

In his post for X, Roach didn’t reveal the exact response he got from Delta. The airline has addressed the fallout both publicly and privately.
PEOPLE magazine reported the airline had attributed the inconvenience due to a last minute aircraft change. The outlet confirmed that the airline had contacted Roach regarding his complaint.
“We apologize for Mr. Roach’s experience. The statement stated that a last-minute aircraft modification to ensure a timely departure resulted in the flight operating without Delta One seats. Our Customer Care team reached out to Mr. Roach and is working with him directly to resolve the situation.

Roach has styled many high-profile artists. However, he’s best known for being Zendaya’s stylist. The two seem to have a very close bond.
The fashion star made headlines earlier this year when he publicly claimed that the “Dune’s” star was in fact married to her fiance Tom Holland.
Roach told Access Hollywood that “the wedding has already taken place” and added, “You missed out.”
Despite Roach’s claims, representatives of Zendaya and Holland did not confirm the marriage. Speculation continues.

Roach and Zendaya have collaborated on On’s womenswear collection, which is a further proof of their close relationship.
The seven-piece collection includes standout items such as the Cloudnova Moon Sneaker and the Drawstring Midi Skirt. Both are priced at just under $100 each.
Roach told Vogue about his partnership with On that it was “really organic” and that vintage materials were a big inspiration.
“For this collection, i went to a bunch vintage stores and collected a lot of stuff… Silhouettes, textures and fabrics. We took it to the On headquarters, in Zurich, where we touched and felt all of it, and had fit models try on everything,” he said.
