SPARKING HAZMAT REACTION, SHELTER IN PLACE ORDERS. Petersburg Fire Chief Michael Lewis reported that more than 60 units of firefighters and 200 firefighters responded to this scene. Lewis said that around 9 p.m. the fire had been largely extinguished, but that it was likely “a total destruction.” According to the report, “the entire roof has been burned off.”
