Meghan’s children didn’t receive HRH status before their grandfather, King Charles ascended to the throne after the Queen’s passing.

Since then, it appears that the Duchess, along with her husband Prince Harry, have made the most of the situation.

Page Six reported previously that the children have already purchased stationery with the HRH designation. More recently, it has been discovered that their parents have secured trademarks for their names as well as their email addresses, domain names, and social media handles.

Insiders say that for now, they do not see the trademark move as a problem, but this could change if the trademark is used to sell future goods.

“It is not about protecting the children — this is understandable.” The key is what you intend to do with it,” the source said.
