Mike White is well-known for involving former “Survivor” castmates into his highly acclaimed hit series, “The White Lotus.” With Season 4 underway, the fans are already speculating about which former castaway will make an appearance. White, who competed in “Survivor” Season 50 for the second time, returned to “The White Lotus” Season 4, which is currently being produced. As filming progresses, more details about the show are starting to emerge.

Mike White, the showrunner of “The White Lotus”, and a two-time “Survivor,” castaway, addressed the speculation that has been growing about which player will be on Season 4. On April 21, “Survivor” Instagram posted a video in which several players read famous lines from the Emmy award-winning series.
They’ll have to audition! White said, “We’re going put them to the tests and see who is the best.” Ozzy Lusth was one of the castaways, along with Joe Hunter, Cirie Felds, Rizovelovic, Q Burdette and Jonathan Young. They recited the lines one by one. Some added their own dramatic flair.
Angeline Keeley (who appeared in Season 2) said at the end of the video: “I don’t have to read. I’ve been on the show.”

White did not comment on the actors’ acting skills, but many people shared their opinions via the comments section. While the reactions were mixed, a majority of people agreed that Ozzy and Cirie did a great job. “Cirie & Ozzy did the best!” GET. THEM. On! On!
Rizo, a “Survivor” player, said he was convinced he did not get the role. Savannah Louie of Season 49, on the other hand, was mortified, and wrote she would “stick to reality television.” “The White Lotus,” an Instagram account, also commented: “We are taking note.”
Mike White has included six castaways in past seasons of ‘White Lotus.

In all three seasons of the “White Lotus”, at least one Survivor player made a cameo. White’s Goliath tribal member in “Survivor 37,” Alec Merlino played a bartender/waiter called Hutch. He appeared in five out of six episodes during Season 1.
Angelina Keeley, Kara Kay and others played rich guests in the first episode of “The White Lotus”, Season 2.
Three “Survivor” cameos appeared in “The White Lotus”, Season 3, but none of them had lines. Natalie Cole and Carl Boudreaux dined at the hotel’s restaurant. Christian Hubicki appeared briefly as one of those enjoying drinks at the outdoor club.

In an interview published by W Magazine in February, White revealed that he had come up with the “White Lotus” Season 4 idea while filming “Survivor 50.” The author also revealed that he blocked players on the island that he liked due to their “strong online presences.”
White said that Season 4 would be “a little bit about fame.”
White has said that he’s not closing the door on other possible cameos. He also mentioned “Survivor” host Jeff Probst. “He could only portray himself.” He said, “I would cameo him in the right situation.”

Season 4 of “The White Lotus” is currently being produced, and will this time take place on France’s Riviera. According to reports, the Cannes Film Festival and some scenes in Paris will also be featured. Heather Graham, Helena Bonham Carter Marissa Long Steve Coogan and Vincent Cassel are among the cast members who will appear in the upcoming series.
White revealed that he has already had “early thoughts” about which character he would kill off in Season 4, but he is keeping the identity of the character under wraps.
The fourth season of “The White Lotus” is expected to premiere in 2027.
