Putin Can Meet Zelensky Only To Agree Final Conflict Arrangements: Kremlin
Russian news agencies reported Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov saying on Wednesday that the Russian President Vladimir Putin could only meet Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskiy to finalise agreements regarding the conflict.
