A reporter noticed that her left ring finger lacked an important piece jewelry. Lee shrugged off the question about her engagement ring by saying that she did not wear jewelry. The explanation was a bit strange, as she usually wears her ring and there was nothing visible on the finger.

The newly separated couple met in a restaurant in Santa Monica, California in March 2021. They got engaged the same year. Sources revealed that the couple bonded quickly, even in the early stages of their relationship. Youcef quickly became “her loving confidante and friend.”
Youcef and Lee celebrated the holidays together in good company, enjoying delicious food. They were in California for New Year, and they counted down to midnight at Nobu Malibu on Friday night.

She admitted that she felt a little embarrassed that she had not shared the details of her condition until the end. She also praised all the brave women that had undergone similar procedures. She revealed that she often admires other women in fear and awe who go public with their decisions about health without looking back.
PEOPLE reported that Lee credited Youcef as her source of support throughout the process. She said he was by her side, and “will take a little time off from work to stay at home” to care for her while she recovered.
