EVOK COLLECTION APPOINTS ADAM BENTALHA AS GROUP EXECUTIVE CHEF

​Evok Collection has named Adam Bentalha as Group Executive Chef, a logical next step for a key supporter of the group since 2018. Adam Bentalha, trained in Parisian palaces and top fine dining establishments, crafts a contemporary and generous cuisine grounded in seasonality and a strong sense of place. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the culinary identities of various venues within the group, such as Brach Paris, Brach Madrid, Sinner, and Cour des Vosges.
