Nation Wood, 25, faces involuntary manslaughter charges in the March 24 death of Samantha Emge, 22, in San Francisco. Wood insists the shooting was accidental, with officials alleging he fired his pistol through the apartment wall as Emge got out of the shower, per the California Post. She couldn’t end things with him and was eager for him to leave.
