On Friday evening, the Orion spacecraft and its crew arrived at the midpoint between Earth and the moon. The mission is set to arrive at the moon on Monday for a scheduled flyby, which will also set the astronauts on course for their return to Earth. As they travel each minute, the astronauts move farther from Earth, with the moon appearing larger in the spacecraft’s windows. “We can see the moon out of the docking hatch right now.”
