The actress is a passionate social media enthusiast and often posts snippets of her exercise regimen on Instagram. Yet, consistency frequently gets sidelined amid the frenzied schedules of show business. For Sanya, however, the opposite holds true. The actor’s fitness trainer, Tridev Pandey, recently shared how she fits in daily workouts amid her hectic schedule. In an Instagram Reel, Pandey praised Sanya’s fitness mindset. “If you develop a mindset like Sanya’s, no one can stop you from getting fit,” he said in the video.
