According to a criminal complaint filed by ICE, the incident occurred around 4:20 p.m. at the Interstate 35W interchange, as traffic slowed down to a single lane. Investigators say Morgan was driving an SUV that had no markings to identify it as a federal vehicle. Prosecutors claim Morgan drove on the shoulder of the road in order to bypass traffic before pulling alongside victims and pointing his handgun at their head. Both victims said they felt threatened by his actions, according to the complaint.Investigators said Morgan was not responding to an emergency at the time and told authorities he was heading back to the Whipple Federal Building to end his shift and get gas.Morgan told investigators he feared for his safety, yelled “Police! Man, woman killed in rip current as lifeguard shortage leaves danger zones in beach destination

NEWYou can now hear Fox News articles. For decades, the lifeguards of Florida’s Space Coast were symbols of safety for vacationers. This season, dozens are empty as the county scrambles for 45 critical roles. The shortage became tragic this week, when two people drowned trying to rescue a trapped child in a rip-current. Brevard County Ocean Rescue chief Eisen Witcher said, “Obviously, we are doing the best with what we have.” “We assess as much risk that we can…It is not that we are not there, but we can’t always be there.” “On Wednesday, the authorities were notified of a water emergency at Cocoa Beach. Four people were affected. The Brevard County Fire Rescue reported that the adults, who have not been identified, entered the water in order to save the child. The child who survived was not related to the adults. Florida Today reported that a woman was the stepmother of the child, and a man was a bystander. Witcher said that the surf conditions had caused significant damage to sandbars, causing flash ripcurrents. According to the National Weather Center the Florida coast from south of Palm Coast up to Miami is at high risk for ripcurrents. “It is very fast, very unexpected and you can lose your balance very quickly. In our life-guarded zones, we watch and try to prevent this as much as possible. It’s difficult for tourists or people from outside the area to know what to do or how to react. Witcher explained that they will be holding a tryout at the weekend. “We have been recruiting for a good two or three months,” he said. “We would like to see 45 more [lifeguards].” He said.

HUSBAND AFTER BAHAMAS PRISON RELEASES MISSING AMERICAN WOMAN, SOURCE SAYSShe was transported to a local hospital where she died a day later from her injuries. The Tanzania Police has since revealed that Robinson’s death was “attributed to a misunderstanding” between the influencer McCann and the hotel staff. They also added that the incident caused the hotel staff to separate them by placing McCann into another room for their safety. In a Tuesday update from Tanzania Police, they said McCann was “continuing to be questioned by Police Force and his Passport has been suspended,” but authorities did not elaborate. According to sources, McCann is being interviewed by the BBC as a witness and is not being accused of any wrongdoing. Harry and Yolanda Robinson told TMZ that they did not believe their daughter, Robinson, would commit suicide. They added, “She was a lighthouse.” A happy, go-lucky girl. The birthday trip turned into a marriage proposal. “GET BREAKING NEWS BY EMAILThe Family reportedly claimed that McCann had called them 11 hours after Robinson’s hospitalization to let them know that she was stable and then informed them later that their daughter was dead.
