“Frustrated, Fed Up, Fried”
David Krumholtz is stepping back from Hollywood following a series social media posts where the Supergirl and Oppenheimer actor got real.
After expressing frustration, being fed up and fried with his profession, the actor decided to “take an indefinite break”.
I put off my acting career a bit the other day. Krumholtz wrote on Threads, “I’ve been terrified to do it for years.” The fear I had was going broke, and being unable to cope with the fact that I would be out of the league. “But I sent the final email.”
Then he continued: “And I have to say that a great wave of relief has washed me over.” It’s unclear what I will do with the money, nor how. But I have just lifted a huge burden that was so heavy I couldn’t even fathom its weight. “Frustrated, tired, and fried.”
Krumholtz received messages of encouragement and continued to engage with fans.
The love and encouragement regarding my previous post has been overwhelming. “Acting professionally is very different from the act of acting,” said he. I’ve loved every minute of working out the muscles. The fanfare has been fun. It was once a good thing to be competitive and involved in my own pursuit. This time is gone. To MY utter surprise, the time has passed. The exercise will never be without joy. “But for me, this profession has lost all its sparkle.”
Garret Dillahunt, the Lanterns actor, replied to Krumholtz by saying “This sad news is for me.” You have my congratulations. “I understand you completely.”
Krumholtz replied, “Garret, man. It means the world. It’s not over. I am redefining myself. I’m hoping to discover a more fulfilling passion. The mentality of “me, my product and I” is no longer working. I’m trying to do my best to help. No crystal ball.”
Further, the 10 Things I Hate About You star clarified that “he is not quitting completely,” and added “just taking a little step back. I’m wondering what my higher purpose is in the midst of all this stress. Thank you for your kind words. “It means the world to me.”
Krumholtz’s film and television career is extensive. He starred as Joel Glicker in Addams Family Values, 1993. The Santa Clause was released in 1992. He played the Head Elf, Bernard, in that film. This role he reprised in The Santa Clause 2, and the Disney+ show The Santa Clauses.
Krumholtz also starred in Slums of Beverly Hills (1998), 10 Things I Hate About You (1998), The Mexican (2001), Harold & Kumar go to White Castle (2004, Ray 2004), Serenity (2005) and Superbad (2007). Krumholtz also voices Karrem Abdullavash in Sausage Party 2016, a role he will reprise in Sausage Party Foodtopia, an animated series to be released in 2024.
He played Zor El in Supergirl earlier this year.

Brand New Day’ payday revealed
Tom Holland will reportedly earn more than $100 million for the film “Spider-Man Brand New Day.”
The Wrap reports that multiple sources “with knowledge” about the deal between the actor and Sony Pictures/Marvel Studios claim to have told them the 30-year-old Holland had an initial base salary “at least 20 million dollars” for the starring role.
According to reports, the base amount is $10 million higher than what he made in 2021 to portray Peter Parker in “Spider-Man: no Way Home.”
The “Odyssey’ actor could also earn up to $100 million as a back-end bonus.
That’s not it. Holland’s bonus at the end of his career is not capped, meaning that there are no limits to how much he can take home after everything has been done.
A source told the outlet that Holland could make “at least” $100m.
Page Six has reached representatives of Sony Pictures and Holland to get their comments.
This Destin Daniel Cretton directed film, which premiered in cinemas on the 31st of July and now is in its third weekend.

To get to the top, “Spider-Man: Brand New Day,” which currently holds the box-office crown in America (held by “Star Wars: The Forces Awakens,” will have to surpass both “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” and “Avengers: Endgame.”
Zendaya’s looks were stunning as she traveled the globe to promote the movie. She wore black, white, and red.
Sadie Sink was also included in the film’s superhero roster.
In the months before the release of the movie, much speculation surrounded the role that the “Stranger Things’ alumna would play. Her character was confirmed when fans saw the movie.
Fans of comic books can look forward to “Avengers: Doomsday,” which is set for release on December 18.

No, Sebastian Stan Hasn’t Confirmed He Is Harvey Dent in ‘The Batman: Part 2’
Sebastian Stan has not confirmed that he will be playing DC villain Harvey Dent, in Matt Reeves’ upcoming film “The Batman: Part 2.”
Le Journal du Dimanche published Monday that during an interview, the actor stated, “I am Harvey Dent”, while discussing the movie. This set off social media on Tuesday.
According to two sources, Stan has been misquoted, and since then, the French magazine has corrected their mistake in the article online. Below is the updated interview segment (via Google translate).
Avengers: Doomsday by Anthony and Joe Russo is due out on December 16th.
Sincerely, I don’t know. We didn’t even have a written script. There were no scripts, we just shot random scenes. This is a new way to work, it’s continuous and constantly changing. To avoid us being questioned by journalists, the producers did not want us to fully read through it. (Laughs.) Since I have been doing this for 15 years, it’s become second nature to me. The Batman: Part II by Matt Reeves is also off-limits. The joy of being a film critic lies in the opportunity to be involved in such large scale projects, and I am enthralled with them. Currently, “The Odyssey”, by Christopher Nolan looks amazing.
Stan’s most notable role is as Bucky Barnes (aka Winter Soldier) in Marvel Studios movies, starting with “Captain America: The First Avenger”, and continuing through “Thunderbolts*” last year. He’ll also be appearing in Marvel Studios “Avengers: Doomsday” set to release on Dec. 18th.

She smiled while her closed eyes were raised. Behind her, the pool and waterside setting were still visible.

Cavallari is shown in a close up image leaning against a palm while holding the brand’s Pineapple Peptide Nectar. A large leaf in green partially frames the picture. She continues wearing her black bikini.
Cavallari’s latest photos come months after she walked the runway for Uncommon James at Miami Swim Week.
Cavallari explained how she got ready to do the swimsuit runway during a podcast episode on June 23, “How I Get Runway Ready For Miami Swim Week.”
Cavallari said that she knew about the show about three months before it took place and had become more disciplined a week or so prior to the event.
You guys already know that I am generally healthy. “But then I did something like crank it up at least a week out”, she explained.
Alcohol was one of the most significant changes.
Cavallari explained that she had drunk twice within three months leading up to Miami.
She also talked about how her fitness approach has changed over time, explaining that it is no longer a priority for her to follow a strict workout routine.
In the past few years, I have become more relaxed about my eating habits and exercise. She said, “I think I feel and look the best that I have ever felt.”
Cavallari says she aims to do four sessions a week. This includes three full-body workouts and one StairMaster session.
Cavallari revealed that she had been dealing with a strained labrum for several months.
In my mind, I thought, “I am trying to be runway-ready for a bikini, but you are telling me that I can’t really work my legs out.” But I managed. “I took an entire week off from doing anything to my legs,” said the woman.
Cavallari was forced to reduce the amount of heavy weights that she usually uses. She believed this change would work in her favour before the runway show.

She said, “As soon as I left, it felt like it was time to go.”
