Adan Banuelos is likely to be on the rebound after his breakup with Bella Hadid… as he has been spotted getting close with an unknown woman.
TMZ has obtained pictures of the horse trainer and cowboy hanging out in Beverly Hills with a blonde lady over coffee on Wednesday. The photos show that the two seem to be comfortable together.
Adan and his companion sat in front of a hair salon, chatting about iced beverages before moving their discussion to the street. Adan sat outside a salon chatting with the woman over iced drinks before taking their conversation to the sidewalk.
Adan is in L.A. after winning Taylor Sheridan’s “The Run For A Million” competition held in Las Vegas.
Adan is single and hasn’t been seen with anyone since we last checked.
We reported back in July that a close source to Bella confirmed that she was not with Nathan Lacy despite rumors.
Adan was apparently shocked by the news. Adan believed that he was still with Bella and learned of her single status only from our article.

Prince Harry and Meghan markle have said they will keep their Montecito home as they move the family to Britain. But a Santa Barbara luxury property market source told The Post that there are “rumblings that the couple may sell this property,” adding that “every agent wants the listing.”
The Post has revealed that this property alone costs the ex-royal couple over $600,000 a year, in taxes and mortgage payments. This could be a factor to motivate a possible sale.
Separately, Jason Streatfeild a Douglas Elliman Broker who represents Santa Barbara and Montecito told The Post that deals this large don’t appear on the market immediately.
The property was sold off-market with the NDA and the entire deal sealed up until county records were available.
The Post speculated that “it’s possible” that the movie would be listed, but Streatfeild had a feeling it was already discussed and shown.
This month, the Duke and Duchess are returning to Britain with Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie. They have been living in California for six years since they retired from their royal duties.
Children will start attending school in Britain this September. The couple is planning to build a private home there. However, the location of that residence has been kept secret.
The King was notified of this move at the end of last week. Harry and Meghan said that they would rather keep their Montecito property and vacation home in Portugal than sell them, but numbers show otherwise.
Santa Barbara County public records indicate that Rockbridge LLC (the Sussexes’ company) purchased the 7,38-acre estate on June 9, 2019 for $14,65 million.
City National Bank lent the firm $9.52million three days later. This is an adjustable rate mortgage that starts at 2.49 per cent and can go up to 7.49 per cent once the reset occurs in July 2020.
The Post estimated that the loan itself costs between $43,000 and $40,000 per month for a 30-year standard term. This is more than $480,000 per year, before paying for taxes, insurance, or even a gardener, to maintain a home that the family will visit less frequently.
Santa Barbara County, too, is not cheap. Property tax bills for 2025 were $149 668 on a value of $14.38 millions. This number is increasing every year, thanks to California’s Prop 13 laws.
The Post obtained county tax records that show the Sussexes’ bill increasing every year they own the house. From $138.629 in the years 2021-2022, to $141,645, $144.229, $146.930 and finally $149.668 this year.
Harry and Meghan, after five years of mortgage payments and property tax costs added together, have spent $721,000 on their own in taxes since the purchase price was assessed.
Add insurance, the cost of maintaining the grounds on nearly eight acres, as well as the security details for the family, and you’re likely to be looking at a fixed annual cost that is over $650,000.
Harry and Meghan have been struggling to earn enough money to live on in Hollywood. He may also be forced to pay an eight-figure amount to the British Newspaper Company after losing his lawsuit against them.
The source stated, “I can’t imagine wanting to give up this gorgeous piece of real estate, but holding onto it is expensive, so maybe they have to.”
The source said that it would likely be several months before the company lists, but they may wait a full year to determine how things will play out in the UK. If they decide to settle in the UK I can’t imagine them staying here.
Streatfeild, meanwhile said that he has fielded many questions regarding what the property would fetch on the market.
Streatfeild said to The Post, “Everyone has asked me how much I value the property. They have also inquired about what price they’d list it at and what would be its selling price.” It’s an ocean-view estate with seven acres and about 18,000 sq. ft. The property has nine bedrooms, 17 bathrooms and a tennis court. It also features a pool and beautiful grounds.
“In Montecito this year, three homes have sold for more than $50 million,” said Streatfeild. So I’d expect to see a house like this listed between $75 and $100 million. “I would estimate that it will sell between $65-$55 million, based on its value and location.”
In retrospect, the home’s past makes the timing of this couple look particularly fortunate.
Streatfeild stated that the property was on sale for 5 years before it sold for $14,7 million. It had originally been listed at $34,5 million back in 2015.
The demand for Montecito is exploding and the sales prices have almost doubled in the time since the owners purchased their property, Streatfeild said. I would have thought they would be able to get an estimate of the value from their advisors.
He said: “Adam Levine sold his property for $60m, but it was only 13,000 sq ft on 3 acres. This is 18000 sq ft on 7 acres.”
Meghan promoted “Cookie Queens” on Netflix personally before its release. It opened at between $328,000 to $354,000, but trailed “CatVideoFest 2026”, a collection of cat videos that was playing in three times as many theatres.
Netflix’s $100-million-per-year production contract with the couple also ended without full renewal. It was replaced by a first-look agreement of a much smaller scale.
Meghan’s As Ever brand is facing its own crisis. In January, a website error revealed that there were 650,000 unsold items in the inventory. Insiders estimate the write-off of the unsold jam at $5 million if it is past its expiration date.

Hayden Panettiere’s West Hollywood neighbor recalls that she called 911 at least six times in order to report noises coming from the actress’s apartment.
Mia Terrazzas, who lived next door to Panettiere, and Brian Hickerson, her boyfriend on-again-off-again for a while, spoke on Wednesday with Inside Edition about the experience. Terrazzas replied, “Absolutely” when asked whether she had seen any signs of domestic abuse.
I saw her leave on a gurney. Brian was standing right beside her. I asked if she felt OK and she said that it appeared to me she’d suffered some kind of trauma, which looked like a beating. It was obvious that she was scared.
Terrazzas shared with us that the Homeowners Association posted notices around the home last year to warn residents of Hickerson’s presence. The signs were taken down a week after they had been posted.
In her book, This Is Me A Reckoning (released earlier this year), Panettiere detailed Hickerson’s physical abuse. In 2021, he was sentenced to 45-days in prison after pleading not guilty to two counts of injury to the actress.
This predator lived in our neighborhood. He lived at her house for years. Terrazzas claimed that he had ripped her bathroom apart with a sledgehammer as early as five am.
In the midst of the investigation into Panettiere’s death, according to a police document, Hickerson was at Panettiere’s townhouse in South Carolina when she died. A police report redacted states that Hickerson and his brother were at the South Carolina townhouse when Panettiere was pronounced dead by authorities.
Greenville County Coroner’s Office stated that Panettiere’s death was not a homicide, but that further investigations are still pending. There were also no signs of trauma. On the 911 call, it was reported that officials discussed an “overdose”, “cardiac collapse” at the time she died. ABC News reported on Wednesday from sources that the Drug Enforcement Administration had joined the investigation.
Lesley Vogel’s, Panettiere’s mother, broke her silence earlier this week on the death of her daughter, calling out Hickerson. She said, “This man in her life we’ve been trying to rid for a long time, was there at her death. That was Brian Hickerson.”

Hayden Panettiere died on July 16, 2009. Since then, one man has made headlines along with her. Brian Hickerson was her boyfriend on and off, who had been in her South Carolina house when she passed away. He has previously been found guilty of domestic abuse against her. It was reported on Wednesday that the police visited Brian’s home.
According to Page Six, officers from the Greenville Police Department visited a home belonging to a member of Hickerson’s family in Greenville (South Carolina) at around 8:20 am on Wednesday.
The officers reportedly knocked several doors, but did not receive a response. They left about three minutes afterward. According to PEOPLE, a police spokesperson said that officers responded to “a request for a check on the welfare of Brian Hickerson and his family at their home Wednesday morning.”
The police have stressed, however, that this visit has nothing to do the investigation of Panettiere’s death. The spokesperson stated that the call was unrelated to an investigation into the death of Hayden Panettiere and didn’t require an incident report.
Hayden Panettiere’s neighbour describes her fear for Brian Hickerson
New details are emerging about Brian’s relationship with Panettiere, and Brian has a dark past. Mia Terrazzas described in an Inside Edition interview the disturbances that she claims she saw at Panettiere’s apartment.
Terrazzas said to Inside Edition she had called 911 more than a half dozen times in order to report disturbances occurring at Panettiere’s house. Terrazzas also posted an image that was apparently posted by the homeowners’ association of the Panettiere property warning residents to contact 911 if Hickerson is seen at the complex.
Inside Edition reports that the notices had been removed about one week after being posted. Terrazzas claimed that she tried to hang them up again, but they were removed by the HOA.
Hickerson was described as “terrifying” by the neighbor. Terrazzas, speaking to Inside Edition, said that “this predator” was in their community. He never left her house. He would sometimes rip apart her bathroom at five in the morning with a sledgehammer.
Terrazzas described Panettiere also being removed from the premises by medical staff. She said, “I watched her leaving, twice I believe, on a gurney and did not know what was happening at the time but it appeared that she had been injured.”
Hickerson was previously charged with domestic violence involving Panettiere. He pleaded not guilty to two felonies in connection with an incident that occurred in April 2020. In 2021, he was sentenced to 45 days county jail time, four years probation, and classes on domestic violence. A five-year restraining was placed on him.
Hayden’s Mother allegedly blames Brian Hickerson
Lesley Vogel has spoken out about Hickerson after the death of her daughter, Panettiere, despite her own controversies.
Vogel, who broke her silence Tuesday morning, said that the family has been trying for years to get Hickerson out of Hayden’s home and pointed specifically to the fact that he was present at Hayden’s house when she passed away.
Vogel stated that Brian Hickerson was the person who was present at her funeral.
WYFF obtained a Greenville City Police Department report that provides more details on what took place at Panettiere’s house after the emergency services arrived. The report states that “after EMS declared Hayden dead, I escorted Zach and Brian [Brian’s brother] out of the flat.”
Zach was emotional when EMS treated Panettiere. Brian, on the other hand, “didn’t become emotional until EMS officially declared her dead.”

Shia LaBeouf has revealed that he drinks every day, months after being arrested on three misdemeanor charges of battery at Mardi Gras… TMZ learned.
TMZ has obtained documents from Shia’s New Orleans criminal case, in which he pleaded guilty and was given two years probation. He also had to take an alcohol rehabilitation class.
According to court documents, Shia is compliant in checking-in with his probation officer and he has given proof that he has completed anger management and drug abuse treatment before next month.
Shia self-reported drinking alcohol every day and denied receiving mental health care.
On the next hearing date, September 23, there is a notation on the file that Shia won’t be present because he will be filming a movie.
Shia, as TMZ reported first, was arrested for fighting outside New Orleans bars. He was accused by one witness of using an homophobic term during a confrontation.
Shia, in 2022 spoke about his drinking. He said that he was sober for over 600 days.
In an interview conducted after his arrest the actor stated that he did not believe he was a drinker and he also didn’t feel he should go to rehabilitation.
