Verified videos show aftermath of explosion in Delhi

Police in Delhi, India have confirmed that eight people were killed by an explosion that occurred near the Red Fort. Satish Golcha, the Delhi Police Commissioner, told reporters that an explosion occurred at 18:52 local (13:52 GMT) when a vehicle slowed down and stopped at a traffic light.
