NEWYou can listen to Fox News articles now!Federal prosecutors want to put 16-year old T.H. behind bars for the murder of Anna Kepner, 18, on a Carnival cruise in November. The 16-year-old is charged with first degree murder and aggravated sex abuse. He was then indicted by the federal grand jury on 10 March and officially transferred to adult prosecution in April. “I want him in an orange jumpsuit with handcuffs. He doesn’t need to be unrestrained. “He’s a threat to himself and to others.” The legal battle is ongoing months after Anna, also known as “Anna banana,” died on a cruise ship while on vacation with her father and stepmother, grandparents, and several siblings. Authorities later ruled that her death was a homicide due to “mechanical asphyxiation,” based on documents previously reviewed by Fox News Digital.
