RadarOnline reported that Kemsley’s home was in the pre-foreclosure stage in March 2026. Two lenders had filed default notices for January. Tanka LLC is said to be the company that lent Kemsley, her estranged spouse, and their $600k. Private Money Solutions reportedly loaned them $150,000.

The legal filing states that no payment has occurred since September 2025. If the home is not settled, it could be put into non-judicial foreclosing, which means the lenders can foreclose anytime.

It’s important to note, too, that Prime Recon LLC filed a default notification in December 2025. The company claims they owe $5,196.750 for the total mortgage, $294.321 in repayments, and various penalties. The company claims that it was not paid from April to December 2025.

Bob Odenkirk shared details on the “Inside of You Podcast” with Michael Rosenbaum about the heart attack he had in 2021 while working on “Better Call Saul.”

According to Fox News Digital the 63-year old actor said that he had no memory for nearly a week. He added that his daughter helped him regain his cognitive abilities.

Odenkirk, in a conversation with Rosenbaum about the issue, recalled that the experience was “even more dangerous” because he had to be far from the set to adhere to COVID-19 protocol and “all of the people who would have heard someone screaming were across a giant studio floor.”

The situation was made worse by the fact that people thought Rhea Sehorn and Patrick Fabian, his co-stars, were laughing.

He told Seahorn that he felt uneasy when he walked to the exercise bike, and that everything “turned gray” and worse things happened before he was able to tell Seahorn.

Sigler told Parents that the journey of her illness, accompanied by self-reflection, and her search for her voice over the last 25 years has been beautiful. “Going from being able-bodied to someone with a disability… these are things that have also been beautiful,” she said before explaining the importance of a positive attitude in living with a disease.

Sigler also noted that life can be an emotional rollercoaster. However, people must understand that living with MS is not synonymous with weakness or incapability but rather, a difference.
