The Department of Homeland Security said that Montejo was arrested after the minor, believed to be between 11 and 14, was found giving childbirth in the parking lot of Oconee Memorial Hospital, South Carolina. Evidence collected by the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office showed that Montejo had a sexual relationship with the victim. Acting Homeland Secretary Lauren Bis stated that “this sicko shouldn’t have been in this country to prey upon children in the first instance.” “He now faces multiple child sex charges and incest charges. “Montejo informed ICE that he entered the U.S. for the first time in 2006, and has no prior criminal record,” officials said. Bis stated that this illegal alien had no criminal record prior to committing these crimes. “Under Secretary Mullin ICE lodged a detainer in South Carolina to ensure that this monster never again roams our communities. “CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD FOX NEWS APP” Bis said that the case highlights the need for coordination among federal and local authorities.
