In April 2009, police arrested an illegal immigrant named Ingmar Guiandique (also known as Ingmar Guiandique-Blanco) who had attacked women in Rock Creek Park at the time of Levy’s murder. He was convicted of attacking two other women with a blade in the park, one on May 14 – two weeks after Levy’s murder – and another on July 1 – a decade later.
