Porsha won a big victory… she received a divorce settlement of seven figures and her former husband’s house, and told a court that he had agreed to pay the rest.
According to documents obtained by TMZ and Porsha, Simon has transferred to Porsha his ownership of the Atlanta home they shared. This was done through a quitclaim.
Porsha claims Simon agreed that Porsha was entitled to receive $1,568,181.63 as reimbursement for his equity share and agreed to grant Porsha a title to the 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.
Porsha claims that she is entitled to sell or refinance her home in a reasonable commercial manner, without Simon’s or the arbitrator’s involvement.
Documents show that Porsha, Simon and their lawyer confirmed under oath the terms of the settlement during a hearing on August 5, telling the judge it resolved all issues.
Porsha’s filing reveals that Simon has already consented to the terms set out in the consent order.
Porsha, the former wife of the couple who married in November 20,22 filed for divorce after only 15 months.

RALEIGH (WTVD), N.C. — Former Miss North Carolina USA 2020 Brittany Boltinhouse speaks publicly for the very first time after being stripped of the title. She believes that the decision is tied to her own personal beliefs.
Boltinhouse, in an exclusive interview on camera with The Carolina Journal said that she believed her title had been “ripped” because of her Christian conservatism.
Boltinhouse refused to discuss the specifics of the Miss USA decision when asked if there was room for conservatives in the organization. She also declined to comment on whether or not her support for Donald Trump played any role. Boltinhouse signed a confidentiality agreement and therefore could only provide general information.
She replied, “I’m not sure.” But all I can tell you is that, in my opinion and belief, my title has been taken away from me due to my convictions.
Boltinhouse stated that she does not wish to criticize either the state pageant directors or the organization.
I’m not trying to undermine the Miss USA Organization, and neither do you or the directors of the states know me. She said, “I had an amazing experience with them.” “… “…
She spoke of her own faith and described herself as an ardent member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She said, “I am now a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.” “I’m proud of my religion. “I am proud of my faith. I am a Christian conservative, and a woman who is proud of her standards. “I’m a woman who fears God.”
She added, “I’ll never lose my guard for my religion.”

Boltinhouse said that losing her title was a blessing in disguise, despite all the criticism she and family faced.
It was an enormous shock. It was an emotional rollercoaster but also a blessing. It’s a blessing in disguise. I am at peace and glad that it was me and not another young woman who would have probably been unable to make it through the experience I am going through. My family was also behind the scrutiny. “But I feel very at peace. I see light at the other end and know what I want to become. I also know who I am.”
Boltinhouse refused to comment on specific accusations made in relation to offensive posts circulated via social media.
Every teenager made a wrong decision. Everyone here has done something wrong. However, I am not here to discuss that. “I’m here today to tell you about who I am as a woman,” said the speaker.
Boltinhouse defended herself by referring to the awards that she won during her participation in the pageant.
She said, “I got four of the five awards I was eligible for: Miss Congeniality (Best Gown), People’s Choice (Best Gown), Fitness, and Best Gown.” But Miss Congeniality is because I’m a person with a good character.
Boltinhouse posted a link on her Instagram page.
Boltinhouse’s title was stripped by the Miss USA organization, which announced it at a previous date. The Miss USA organization also stated that they do not tolerate any form of racism, homophobia or transphobia and that language that strips people of dignity is unacceptable. The organization did not provide any additional information about the behavior that led to this decision.

Robert Pattinson has a run of generations. He’s Batman. He is in The Odyssey. Dune Part 3 will feature him. While he is busy collecting roles in blockbusters like kids collect Pokemon cards (or try to), he also finds the time to appear in a few indie films playing weirdos. Pattinson is good at playing guys who are just one atom from losing their minds. His latest role, Primetime, shows him at his most insane.
Primetime tells the story of To Catch a Predator, a popular Dateline NBC reality show that aims to catch alleged child predators through sting operations. Pattinson is Chris Hansen. He’s the host who uses the famous phrase “Why don’t you take a seat there?” to surprise a man expecting a child. Congratulations if you have ever wondered how that meme came about. Predators is a documentary that was released last year about Primetime.
It’s almost frightening how accurate Pattinson is in his portrayal of Hansen. The voice is deep, gravelly and nasally. Pattinson, who is a “put everything out there” actor, makes you wonder how much time he must have spent watching episodes of To Catch a Predator in order to get the right effect. It’s hard to say if he will be nominated for his performance, but I’m sure he is aiming for it.

Alexa Bliss didn’t make it in time to SummerSlam but Little Miss Bliss has just been spotted at the backstage of tonight’s Friday Night SmackDown.
A fan snapped pictures of Bliss and her husband Ryan Cabrera arriving at the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia just hours before WWE’s live show. This confirmed that Bliss, the former Women’s champion, was present for the evening’s WWE broadcast.
It is hard to miss the timing. Jade Cargill will face Charlotte Flair in a later night, which gives WWE the ideal opportunity to get Bliss back to confront Charlotte Flair.
Cargill trapped Bliss’ arm in a chair made of steel after the match they had on SmackDown. Bliss revealed that she suffered a bone chip in her elbow and a stretched ligament. This injury kept her from competing at SummerSlam.
Bliss’s mere presence backstage does not guarantee that she will be on TV. It’s possible that she is meeting or visiting WWE officials before the show.
Bottom line, SummerSlam has passed, new feuds will soon be formed, and Alexa is backstage the night Jade Cargill wrestles. It’s difficult to think of a better time for WWE to bring Bliss to the ring.

WWE announced the first round schedule and bracket for their tournament that will determine Roman Reigns’ next World Heavyweight Championship opponent.
Reigns’ title will be on the line when Raw visits Mexico City, September 14. He will defend it against one of WWE/AAA’s top luchadores. Eight potential competitors are in the tournament, three of whom will be competing on Raw while one is scheduled to compete for AAA.

It is possible that brothers Penta Fenix and Rey Fenix could face off in the finals. It would be the first time they have faced each other in WWE.
Reigns won the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam against Seth Rollins. This week, WWE teased that Reigns had an important conversation with AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio. Mysterio announced the number one contenders’ tournament.
Mysterio stated, “Roman understood how important the lucha libre was to me as well as how significant this evening is.” Mysterio said, “This is why Roman has agreed to defend his World Heavyweight Championship on Raw that evening. “I promised Roman that I would provide him with a worthy challenger. We’ve also agreed that the challenger must earn his or her chance.”
